Cookie Policy
Last updated: September 2026
The short version: this website sets no cookies. We do not use analytics, advertising trackers, pixels, session recording or fingerprinting. There is no consent banner because there is nothing to consent to.
What a cookie is
A cookie is a small text file a website asks your browser to store, usually so it can recognise you on a later visit. Related technologies include local storage, session storage, tracking pixels and device fingerprinting. This policy covers all of them, not only cookies.
What this website uses
| Technology | Used on sparksociallabs.com? |
|---|---|
| Cookies (first party or third party) | No |
| Local storage or session storage | No |
| Analytics (Google Analytics or similar) | No |
| Advertising or retargeting pixels (Meta, TikTok, Google Ads) | No |
| Session recording or heatmaps | No |
| Embedded third-party content (video, maps, social feeds) | No |
| Web fonts loaded from a third party | No. Our fonts are served from our own site. |
Because we set no cookies and run no trackers, we do not build a profile of you, we cannot follow you to other websites, and we have nothing to sell or share with advertisers.
The only two outside services involved
Netlify (hosting)
Our host serves the pages you request. Like effectively every web server, it processes your IP address and browser type to deliver the page and to protect against abuse. This is a normal server function rather than tracking, and it happens whether or not you interact with anything.
Web3Forms (the enquiry form)
If, and only if, you fill in our enquiry form and press submit, the details you typed are passed to Web3Forms, which delivers them to our inbox. Nothing is sent while you are simply reading the site. If you never submit the form, no information about you leaves this site beyond the ordinary server request described above.
Do you need to accept anything?
No. Consent banners exist because of laws that require consent before non-essential cookies or trackers are placed on your device. We place none, so there is nothing to ask you about. We would rather remove the tracking than ask you to agree to it.
Controlling cookies anyway
If you want to manage cookies generally, every major browser lets you block or delete them in its settings, usually under Privacy or Site Settings. Doing so will not affect this website, because it does not rely on cookies to work.
If this changes
If we ever add analytics or any other non-essential technology, we will update this page before or at the time it goes live, change the date at the top, and add a consent mechanism where the law requires one. We will not add advertising trackers to this site.
